Our mentorship program is designed to inspire girls ages 5 - 13 to dream big, build confidence, and discover the unique strengths that make them shine. Through meaningful connections with our titleholders and candidates, participants experience the excitement of the Miss Door County Scholarship Program while learning valuable life skills in a fun, encouraging environment.
Mentorship participants enjoy opportunities to make new friends, give back through community service, attend special events, and create unforgettable memories alongside positive role models. Along the way, they'll develop confidence, kindness, leadership, and poise: qualities that will serve them well both on stage and in everyday life.
Whether they dream of one day competing for Miss Door County or simply want to be part of something uplifting and empowering, our mentorship program is a place where every girl belongs.

Details
Registration is $150 per Little Sister
They will go on stage to perform a dance and escort the delegates for crowning
They will be invited to a special Tea Party with the delegates and outgoing titleholders
They will get a headshot from Fire & Flame Creative
